Your Website

My name is Jessica, and I specialize in getting websites to the top of the search engines, where they get traffic! My style is simple, I shoot you straight, giving you the facts of how search works. Then, tailor a package that meets your individual needs to increase your traffic the most.

My rates are very reasonable as I only take on clients that I know I can drastically increase traffic for, and I don't do contracts. I would like to go over your website and explain all the areas your site is lacking in basic SEO concepts.

Give me ten minutes of your time and I will have you fully understanding what the issues are with your site and what needs to be done to fix them, and its free! What's the best way to reach you?

Thanks,

Jessica Reynolds

A woman looks on in front of the painting 'Architecture of the Time' (Arquitectura del tiempo), one of the works forming part of an exhibition dedicated to Chilean artist Roberto Matta at Bilbao Fine Arts Museum in Billbao, Spain, 16 May 2011. The exhibition will be open from 17 May until 21 August 2011.EPA/LUIS TEJIDO.
BILBAO.- The year 2011 marks the centenary of the birth of Matta, one of the most significant figures in twentieth-century art because of his importance as a member of the Surrealist group and his enormous influence on the development of American Abstract Expressionism, and above all because he was an absolute artist, a visionary and a precursor of the relationships of art, science and nature and the fundamental role of art in the complete development of the human being. He was born in Santiago (Chile) on 11 November 1911, to a well-to-do family of Basque origin. He received his primary education from the Jesuits at the Sacred Hearts College in Santiago. Later, at university, he studied in the School of Architecture. When he finished he travelled to Europe, where he met Le Corbusier and worked in his studio for several years. Between 1935 and 1937 he travelled all over Europe, living for a time in Madrid. Through his family he made contact with the world of art and culture ther ... More

BEIJING (AP).- Red-eyed and tense, the usually uninhibited and irreverent Chinese artist Ai Weiwei seemed a different man in custody as he sat for what his wife says was a brief, monitored meeting — his first contact with the outside world in 43 days. Authorities have still not detailed why the avant-garde artist and government critic was detained April 3 and held incommunicado, in a case that has prompted an outcry in the art world and among U.S. and EU officials, who have called it a sign of China's deteriorating human rights. The burly, bearded 53-year-old appeared conflicted and his eyes were puffy when his wife Lu Qing was allowed to visit him Sunday, though he seemed healthy, Lu told The Associated Press. "He has changed. His mood and demeanor are so different from the simple and spontaneous Ai Weiwei I know," Lu ... More

Sold for $97,000.PHILADELPHIA, PA.- "Today's auction was another success for Freeman's with an auction total of $2,165,500," Anne Henry, Vice President of Modern & Contemporary art at Freeman's said, "We exceeded our expectations with tremendous prices achieved for the Richard Scrushy Collection, and many Philadelphia artists, especially Bo Bartlett." The day was marked by many achievements, the first of which was the Richard Scrushy Collection, being sold to benefit HealthSouth shareholders. John Sommerville, attorney for the HealthSouth shareholders commented, "First and foremost, we are delighted with the results. When we received the art, the provenance and history had been removed, and there was a great deal of work that was done to authenticate it. We could not have achieved a fraction of the prices had it not been for Freeman's authenticating the pieces and guiding us through the process." Highlights from the Scrushy collect ... More

NEW YORK, NY (AP).- A decades-long dispute between Russia and an Orthodox Jewish group over ownership of holy texts collected for centuries by influential rabbis and seized by the Soviet Union has jolted the U.S. art world, threatening an end to major cultural loans between the two countries. Russia has already frozen art loans to major American institutions, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Houston Museum of Natural Science, fearing that its cultural property could be seized after the Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Chabad-Lubavitch movement won a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in 2010 compelling the return of its texts. The Met — and possibly other major lending institutions — are weighing whether to discontinue loans of cultural property to Russia. The issue ... More

Two feet of heavy rain inundated the Panama Canal watershed between Dec. 7 and 10, 2010. Landslides tore down steep slopes, choking rivers with sediment and overwhelming Panama City's water-treatment plant. Flooding closed the Panama Canal for the first time since 1935. Despite the deluge, the influx of sediments in the water forced authorities to shut down the plant, leaving a million residents of central Panama without clean drinking water for nearly a month. Holocaust Refugees Reunited by Chicago Eighth-Graders

(

)

In 1938, 12-year-olds Gerda "Gertie" Katz Frumkin
and Edith Schumer Westerfield spent 10 days together on board a
ship from Europe to America, and then another three days enjoying
the pleasures of New York City, taking in a Rockettes show and a
performance of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves" at Radio
City Music Hall.

They became fast friends, but the trip wasn't all fun and
games: The two Jewish girls were being shipped out of Germany to
escape being sent to concentration camps. When they left the
country, they knew that they would likely never see their
families again. Those difficult circumstances created a close
instant bond between the two girls—but sadly, they were forced
to go their separate ways after those two weeks together.
Westerfield went to Chicago, and Frumkin traveled to Seattle to
stay with relatives there.

For 73 years, Westerfield has clung to a photo of her young
friend, never expecting to see her again. But an enterprising
class of Chicago area eight-graders changed all that.

Crowning Jewels from One of Britain's Richest Women on Sale at Christie's in LondonA tiara, broach and bracelet that belonged to a 19th century woman Hannah Primrose. AP Photo/Christie's.

By: Raphael G. Satter, Associated PressLONDON (AP).- Still can't get enough of Britain's aristocratic headgear? Following hot on the heels of the royal wedding hatwalk, the crowning jewels of the country's once wealthiest woman are being offered for sale — a Victorian pearl-and-diamond tiara, bracelet, and brooch which auction house Christie's hopes will fetch as much as 1.9 million pounds ($3.1 million). The opulent jewels once belonged to Hannah Primrose, a socially and politically active heiress whose husband Archibald Philip Primrose would eventually become Britain's prime minister. Born into the powerful Rothschild family, Hannah reputedly became the country's richest woman when her father died in 1874, leaving her the then-immense sum of 2 million pounds in cash, a turreted mansion in England's Buckinghamshire, and a huge stash of jewels. National Portrait Gallery Commissions Painting of Sir Michael Parkinson by Jonathan YeoSir Michael Parkinson by Jonathan Yeo, 2010 © National Portrait Gallery, London.LONDON.- A new painted portrait of the journalist, author and broadcaster Sir Michael Parkinson has been commissioned by the National Portrait Gallery, London, where it will go on display for the first time from Friday 27 May 2011. Painted in a variety of brown tones, the portrait in oil on canvas by Jonathan Yeo is a 'head' executed from life over five sittings in the artist's London studio. The intimacy of Yeo's close-cropped composition gives a sense of how it might feel to be faced by Sir Michael as one of his interview subjects, a privilege usually reserved for the famous. Parkinson came to prominence as a talk show host during the 'golden age' of British television in the 1970s. Best-known as the presenter of the flagship interview programme Parkinson (1971-1982, 1998-2007), Sir Michael, popularly referred to as 'Parky', began his career as a reporter on local papers in Yorkshire be ... Fifty Objects Ranging from 6,000 B.C. to 2011 A.D. in "Cabinets of Curiosity" at James Cohan GalleryThe original curiosity cabinets—started during the 16th century—were often entire rooms that housed a broad collection of objects.NEW YORK, NY.- James Cohan Gallery presents CABINETS OF CURIOSITY, featuring over 50 objects ranging from 6,000 B.C. to 2011 A.D. Collected together, these seemingly unrelated objects from around the world collapse time and space. As a group the objects pulsate with a spiritual energy that comes from their capricious juxtapositions. On their own, each object tells its own unique story of origin and use. The exhibition is on view until June 1, 2011. The question posed by the great Argentinian author Luis Borges is brought to mind: "Do books on a bookshelf speak to one another?" The original curiosity cabinets—started during the 16th century—were often entire rooms that housed a broad collection of objects such as paintings and sculptures, natural and man-made objects, and objects with alleged magical qualities. Our cabinets feature pieces from over twenty distinct regions— ... More

Elmer Ellsworth and James Jackson died within feet of one another, yet the perspectives reflected in historical markers to the two men are as far apart as the 333 miles separating one tribute from the other. Ellsworth's monument in this Hudson River city doesn't mention Jackson and Ellsworth's name doesn't appear on the plaque adorning the corner of the suburban Washington, D.C., building where Jackson's hotel once stood and where both men died 150 years ago this month. Her major exhibitions to date have been outside Sweden, and have attracted astonishing acclaim from critics and the public, but until now she has been relatively unknown in Sweden. This exhibition is organised jointly with the Serpentine Gallery in London and includes every facet of her oeuvre from 2003 to the present day: videos, stills, installations and a series of painted wall sculptures. The overall concept is a ghostly labyrinth with an unexpected secret chamber, designed especially by Lidén for Moderna Museet. The entrance to the exhibition has also been moved, to stress the many ways in which a building can be used. Architecture and urban planning are central to Klara Lidén's oeuvre. She originally studied architecture at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2000-2003, but then went to Be ... More

The exhibition features 53 works on paper produced in the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Guest curators Babette Bohn, professor of art history at Texas Christian University, and Robert Randolf Coleman, associate professor of art history at the University of Notre Dame, chose these prints and drawings from the collections of GMOA and Giuliano Ceseri because they provide rare insight into the training, working habits and creative process of artists. For Italian artists of this era, the art of drawing was regarded as an intellectual as well as a practical activity, and the images found in this exhibition, according to Bohn and Coleman, represent examples of the most fertile and inspired artistic creations found on paper during this period. EPA/MICHAEL KAPPELER.BERLIN.- For the first time the German Historical Museum presents a selection of largely unknown photographs from the work of the two photojournalists that has never before been shown in this form. The exhibition is on view from May 11 through October 3, 2011. This year the German Historical Museum is recalling the division of Europe, whose visible sign was the Berlin Wall, which was erected 50 years ago, in 1961. This embodiment of the "Iron Curtain" and reminder of the Cold War divided not only Berlin, but also separated East from West Germany and symbolised the East-West conflict. When the Wall fell on 9 November 1989, it meant not only the end of the division of Germany, but also heralded in the end of the Soviet Union and its domination of Communist East Europe. Since the early 1990s, Los Angeles-–based artist Uta Barth has examined photographic and visual perception— how the human eye sees differently from the camera lens and how the incidental and atmospheric can become subject matter in and of themselves. That is to say, she is perhaps less interested in where the camera is pointing than the act of looking through the lens in the first place. The works that brought her to international attention, the series Ground and Field, presented photographic blurs caused by focusing the camera on an unoccupied foreground; these lushly colored images tested connections between the descriptive clarity of ... By: Douglas HamiltonTEL AVIV (REUTERS).- Naked crowds in public places have made American photographer Spencer Tunick world famous, but his plan for an installation featuring hundreds of nude Israelis floating in the Dead Sea has hit money problems. His photographs of hundreds of naked men and women of "all religions, shapes and sizes" in locations such as the Sydney Opera House and Switzerland's Aletsch Glacier have won critical acclaim and attracted fans worldwide. "It's very insignificant money," the artist told a Tel Aviv news conference. "But it's the naked body in a public space," he said, hinting at disapproval of his art in the Jewish state. Tunick and his eight assistants need $60,000 to pay the logistics costs of an installation and photo shoot in September or October at the lowest point on Earth, where the Dead Sea is drying up at the rate of one meter (three feet) a year. The artist, who is Jewish, has not yet decided what his Dead Sea installation will feature. He would like to show hi ... More

Photo: Sotheby's.LONDON.- Sotheby's London Sale of Victorian and Edwardian Art on Tuesday, 17 May 2011, will present one of the finest Victorian nude paintings ever produced. Estimated at £300,000-500,000, Andromeda by Sir Edward John Poynter encapsulates major themes of the period: mythology, beauty, veiled eroticism, and the damsel in distress. Andromeda's sacrifice to a sea?monster was a popular subject among artists in nineteenth century Britain. The classical origins of the story were used as a pretext for sexually charged nudity, making the erotic overtones acceptable. The nude in art was a controversial subject at the time Poynter painted the present work in 1869. He exhibited Andromeda at the Royal Academy the following year, alongside Millais' The Knight Errant, in Gallery III. Both pictures depict a bound and naked woman, but Millais' painting was publicly condemned, unlike Poynter's. An explanation may lie ... More

St. Bernard Abbey's Historic Art Grotto in North Alabama City Untouched by TornadoThis is part of the artwork at the Ave Maria Grotto in Cullman, Ala. AP Photo/Dave Martin.

By: Anna McFall, Associated PressCULLMAN, ALA (AP).- In a north Alabama city forever changed by April's tornado outbreak, one historic spot went untouched by destruction. The Ave Maria Grotto, also known as "Jerusalem in Miniature," rests on a hillside at St. Bernard Abbey, Alabama's only Benedictine monastery. The artistic refuge is made up of over 125 miniature handmade replicas of historic religious buildings and shrines. Created during a lifetime of monastic dedication, the grotto mostly represents the artwork of Brother Joseph Zoetl, a monk who lived at the Abbey for nearly 70 years. Replicas of structures like St. Peter's Basilica, the Pantheon and the Alamo bring visitors from across the world to the four-acre park in Cullman. Although not all of the replicas have religious themes, many visitors see the park as a place of inspiration. Cathy May, a worker at the park's gift shop, says ... More

An extensive collection left to the university by the author's nephew, Charles Cather, proves otherwise. Dating from 2002 – 2010, Bourgeois's fabric "drawings" - assembled from discarded clothes, sheets, towels and similar material from her personal collection - became a central focus in the last decade of her life. Significant in their own right for their formal invention and beauty, the drawings constitute a parallel body of work to that of her fabric sculptures. The exhibition is on view from May 12th through June 25th, 2011. Bourgeois was born in Paris in 1911. She moved to New York in 1938 and lived in the city until her death last year at age 98. Her works on fabric are emblematic of certain themes: marriage, motherhood, sexuality, femininity, domesticity. This focus on the familial results in work of intense psychological complexity, exposing relationships and hierarchies related to female identity ... More

NEW YORK, NY (AP).- The owners of the World Trade Center have nixed plans to cover the first 20 stories of its signature skyscraper with decorative glass after it broke in testing. The glass was expected to help 1 World Trade Center look more open at its windowless base after it was redesigned to become strong enough to withstand a truck bomb. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey had spent about $6 million on the custom-made prismatic glass panels for the 1,776-foot skyscraper, which is slated to be the tallest in the U.S. when it is completed in late 2013. But the glass bowed and broke during off-site testing and the agency decided to replace it in late March. ... More

Oren Eliav: Two Thousand and Eleven at the Tel Aviv Museum of ArtTEL AVIV.- The paintings featured in this exhibition by Oren Eliav, recipient of the 2010 Rappaport Prize for a Young Painter, follow upon the paintings included in the exhibition "They'll Never Wake Us in Time," which took place in Tel Aviv in the summer of 2010. In both cases, Eliav's works raise questions related to time and temporality – both by disrupting our sense of historicity, and by creating a "duration" related to an imagined sound. The exhibition is on view until June 25, 2011 in the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Eliav's works create a semblance of the past, a "disconcerting familiarity", which is based on the collective memory etched into the viewer's consciousness. Sustained observation of these paintings, however, reveals an intermediate space, which the artist describes as "A limbo between worlds, which is not subject to conventional historical rules." Many of the paintings, such as the portraits of the "Lis ... More

Dead Star Light is comprised of three works which continue Tribe's study of memory and it's opposite, forgetting. Cleveland Museum of Art Acquires Renowned Pre-Columbian Artworks at AuctionCLEVELAND, OH.- The Cleveland Museum of Art today acquired two noteworthy objects of the ancient Andean Wari people at auction. The unique and celebrated Bag with Human Head is a painted animal hide pouch in superb condition exhibiting a remarkably lifelike head that may represent a young warrior; and Vessel with Litter Group is a ceramic container depicting an unusually elaborate sculptured vignette: a dignitary who sits in a litter carried on the shoulders of four porters. Collectors Group Acquires New Works by Ai Weiwei, Helen Pashgian, and Sam GilliamSAN DIEGO, CA.- At the 2011 Collectors' Selection Dinner on Wednesday, May 11, Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego's International Collectors and Contemporary Collectors voted to purchase new works for the Museum's collection: two examples of Ai Weiwei's famous Marble Chair (2010); an exuberant draped canvas by Sam Gilliam, Dance Me, Dance You 2 #1 (2009); and a rare polished resin sphere by Helen Pashgian, Untitled (1968/69). The internationally recognized Chinese artist Ai Weiwei works in a variety of media from sculpture and installation, to photography and performance. His works revisit and translate well-known Chinese forms to comment on the country's rich history and complicated present. In Marble Chair, he carves a familiar yoke-back chair out of a single block of marble. This startling translation and memorializing of a piece of furniture raises questions of history, memory, and modernization. Marble Chair suggests that ... More
Maryland's Taney House Mounts Slavery Exhibit FREDERICK, MD. (AP) .- A museum exhibit about slavery in Frederick County is as notable for its location as its subject matter. It's in the former Frederick home of Roger Brooke Taney. Taney was the Supreme Court chief justice who wrote the Dred Scott decision affirming slavery in 1857. Taney wrote that even freed slaves and their descendants could never be U.S. citizens because the framers of the Constitution regarded blacks as inferior to whites. The case became a catalyst for the Civil War. The Historical Society of Frederick County says the exhibit examines the lives of thousands of local slaves. Taney practiced law in Frederick from 1801 to 1823. He freed all eight of his slaves by 1821. The exhibit is open Saturdays and ... More
